Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 5 business days.

We offer free UPS Ground shipping to mainland USA addresses.
UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Local customers are welcome to pick up their order in store if you select the “In-Store Pickup” option.

When your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number.

Ski Shack is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Ski Shack is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Returns Policy

We offer returns for items that are in their original condition, with any tags or stickers still attached. Sale items are not returnable. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please include your order number, name and email in the package. Refunds will be processed within 5 days of receiving the return at our store.
